What a fantastic turnout at St Benedict’s, Edgeworth, and Rosary Park, Branxton for Walk Safely to School Day! Despite Friday’s wet weather, it was wonderful to see these school communities unite in support of safe and active travel to school.
At St Benedict’s, students were welcomed with a hearty breakfast after their walk, while at Rosary Park, local police provided a special escort for the walkers. The smiles on the students’ faces said it all!
