Each classroom contains SMARTboards and the 'Matthew Poulsen Learning Centre' features a well-designed technology hub.
St Patrick's school has a strong foundation in literacy and numeracy, an excellent sports program, a music program, a school choir and school dance group.
St Patrick’s aims to develop a sense of belonging to and responsibility for the community among students and has a strong focus on social justice. Students have the opportunity to contribute to their local community through a wide range of events and activities including visitation to the Mount Carmel Nursing Home, participation in Activ8 Youth Group and the Parish sacramental programs and attendance at community commemorative services and celebrations such as Anzac Day.
Students are also involved in a wonderful Mini Vinnies program and the school operates an excellent Pastoral Care Program and encourages children through the 'You Can Do It' program. Catholic social justice agencies such as Caritas, St Vincent de Paul and Catholic Mission are also well supported and promoted and are the main focus of charitable fundraising within the school community each year.
St Patrick's also hosts an Out of School Hours Care facility that provides a playgroup for young children and their mothers, as well as a pre-school that operates two days per week.
