From watching the major ASPIRE production as primary school students, involvement with various ASPIRE and school programs, to being selected for the elite Aussie All Stars — Blake and Ivy are two passionate young performers from ASPIRE who are taking their love of performing to the world stage!
Blake and Ivy are heading to the Junior Theatre Festival in Atlanta this upcoming January, with stops in New York and Hollywood along the way! The opportunity arose after being nominated to be a part of the Junior Theatre Festival Australia’s “Pilot Program”, enabling them to work with industry professionals from Broadway, and collaborate with other talented performers from across Australia.
This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity was made possible by the pathways provided through ASPIRE and the Catholic Schools of Maitland-Newcastle’s support in their pursuit of the performing arts.
