You can call to talk with a trained counsellor who will listen without judgement and help you explore practical ways forward on a range of parenting concerns, including but not limited to child and adolescent behaviour, sleep and routines, anxiety, bullying, school transitions, family separation, parenting stress and the challenges of supporting children with additional needs.
Whether you are parenting a baby, child or teenager, no concern is too small to raise.
Parent Line is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 9pm, and on weekends from 4pm to 9pm.
