The spotlight shone on Alex from St Joseph’s Catholic College, Aberdeen as she was named winner of the REINSW Award for Excellence in the School-Based Apprentice/Trainee (SBAT) of the Year category.
This prestigious award recognises the next generation of real estate professionals, young achievers who are balancing school, training, and industry experience, all while making an impact in the field.
Alex is currently completing her Certificate III in Real Estate alongside her HSC studies, while also gaining hands-on experience with Warburton Estate Agents. Her journey is a testament to determination and drive, turning her early passion for real estate (inspired by her family’s experiences) into a purposeful career path.
Through her SBAT program, Alex has developed not only industry skills but also confidence, independence and leadership qualities that set her apart.
Her recognition as SBAT of the Year highlights the strength of combining education with real-world experience and the incredible opportunities available to our students passionate about the property industry.
