St John's Primary School, Lambton is a single stream community encompassing Kindergarten to Year 6.

Students can also participate in organised programs such as gymnastics, swimming lessons, local weekly netball and soccer competitions, as well as the school developed ‘Harmony Games’ and skill-based clinics that allow them to enhance their skill development and good sportsmanship.

Students engage in a comprehensive music, dance and drama program on a weekly basis. The school community recognises that parents are the first educators of their children and assists families in the development of their children, with the St John's Parents and Friends Association seen as an integral component of the school's structure.
St John’s also takes action to reduce its environmental footprint, working to promote positive environmental initiatives such as planting a school garden, educating the school community on reducing consumption, monitoring the school’s waste and increasing recycling initiatives.
