Leadership Development Feedback Program
The Leadership Development Feedback Program provides the opportunity for school leaders (Principals, Assistant Principals, Religious Education Coordinators and Ministry Coordinators) to participate in regular reflection of their performance using the Genos Emotional Intelligence Tool customised to include faith and teaching and learning measures.
The Leadership Development Feedback Program is designed to provide feedback that can guide leaders in identifying strengths and weaknesses, support them through appropriate targeted professional learning, and ensure their continued professional growth and achievement.
In addition to the annual PP&D conversation that occurs in the period from November to February (refer to the PP&D Policy and procedures), school leaders take part in the Leadership Development Feedback Program (refer to the Leadership Development Feedback Program Policy and Procedure) two years after their appointment, then every three years after that.
